Seedance 2.0 Refund Policy

Seedance 2.0 strives to provide the best experience for our users. We understand that circumstances may change and refunds may be requested. Please read the refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Refund Eligibility

Time Limit: Refund requests must be made within 3 days of purchase. After this period, refund requests cannot be processed.

Credit Usage: If 40 or more credits have been used after purchase, the order is not eligible for a refund regardless of time elapsed.

Contact Us: Reach out to our support team at support@seedance2-ai.io. Provide Details: Include your account details, order number, purchase date, and reason for the refund request. Submit Within 3 Days: Submit the request within 3 days of purchase.

Refund Processing

Once we receive a refund request, we will review it and notify you of the result as soon as possible. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.

The refund amount may include a processing fee not exceeding 6% of the initial payment amount.
